Jeffrey Dorval
Jeffrey Harris Dorval was born March 26th, 1942 in Philadelphia, PA. He grew up in West Philadelphia and the Bell’s Corner section of Northeast Philadelphia. He was an extremely accomplished piano and organ player. He was an avid tennis player and a voracious reader.

Accomplishments
Jeffrey was a long-time school counselor and loved getting to know and being able to help the children he counseled.
Jeffrey became an Ed.d after writing his dissertation, Death and Dying in Children’s Literature.
Jeffrey was the music and children’s choir director at Rodeph Shalom (suburban) for over 30 years.
